Note : All  Residential Broker Fees are paid by the tenant at this time. 

Apartment , Coop, Condo or House : One month's Rent Equivalent to be paid by tenant at lease signing. 

Commercial Rental Broker Fee Paid by Tenant unless other agreed upon

Storefront  : 17% of the Annual Rent Roll

Loft Space  : One month's Rent Equivalent       

Warehouse : One month's Rent Equivalent

What's the next step....

1. Fill out the application.

2. Run Credit Report.

    Credit Check Fee

    Residential  : $20 per applicant or ;

    Supply own from CreditKarma.com

    Commercial : $100 per applicant

3. Be prepared to leave a deposit to hold the space desired.

4. Copy of Picture Id : Drivers License or Passport preferred.

5. Last TWO bank statements if Residential Rental.

6. Last TWO bank statements if Commercial Rental.

7. Reference Letter from either your present landlord and/or employer.

8. Guarantor Form : Only required if financial conditions are NOT met.

Guarantor Form applies only to RESIDENTIAL applicants.
